I guess I’m an expert.
I had the honour, recently, to fly to Oslo, Norway to entertain and educate over 100 magicians, colleagues and their friends and family on the ins and outs of kid-friendly magic shows. And the hospitality was amazing!
The Magic Circle of Norway brought in a dozen English speaking children and their parents so I could present the AbraKIDabra! Show in all it’s fun-tastic glory. Everyone laughed in all the right places, the kids all got thank you prizes for coming and after a short break so they could leave, I explained all the behind the scenes stuff that the magicians in the audience just saw.
Apparently it was the first time in about 4 years that they had a kid show presentation and lecture and I’m happy to have brought that tradition back!
